Slum girls!!!

 Like you might be wondering why slum girls ,like why this heading. We all agree that life of people living in slum is very difficult but we don't know that life of girls in slum is much more difficult.

In slum area there are people who follow their traditions, they carry old mentality. They do not consider girls and boys equally. They discriminate between them. For them boys are  like asset while girls are liability. They feel like boys are going to earn money and will do something for their family while girls are meant to just do household chores and one day she is going to marry someone and leave and will not do anything for her family. This mentality is so bad and disgusting that why only boys will earn money and help their family girls can also do that if they get a chance.

Today also , in slum areas girls are meant to do household chores. They feel that girls are meant to do household chores and take care of their younger brother or sister. They are not allowed to go to school instead of sending them to school they make them do household work. If we ask someone in slum with that disgusting mentality that why don't you send your daughter or your girl child to school they answer that "what will they do after studying they have to marry one day and leave our house than what's the point of sending them to school why I should waste my money on her studies". If we ask that person that why you want your son to study, very confidently he answers he is my son he is going to study and work and bring some income at home.                                                                                                          

What is this mentality? This mentality is so bad and worst that people with this mentality should be punished or should be explained about the importance of studying. The people who say that they don't want their girl child to study then why those people ask for lady doctor for their wife,daughter or mother, they were against the concept of educating girl child then how will they get in touch with a lady doctor .                                                                                                                                                        

Government has facilitated them with free education so many people are sending their girls to school for studies which is a very good step towards improvement. After this scheme also their are some people who do not believe in educating their girls, they are like if their girl goes to school who will do all the house work so all those people should be explained the importance of education.

Today in such areas their are so many women who are uneducated yet they started their small business of stitching etc. Today their are many girls who are accessible to education but their are some girls who are still not allowed to study by their family.
